Includes an introduction, Rule One (Establish & cultivate the relationship), Rule Two (Offer your assistance and expertise as a retailer), Rule Three (Deliver what you promise and stay consistent).

School Interaction Starter
Includes step-by-step instructions on making initial contact, a sample script, what to do during your visit, and what to do after your visit.

Music Educator Survey
Developed & revised over two decades and answers the essential questions including contact information, size of band, brand & book preferences, accessory recommendations, parent open house details and more.

School Music Program Supplies Checklist
Developed as a visual aid for both Affiliates and rental customers alike, all the basics are there including school name, educator name, method book used, and recommended accessories. Once completed, the chart makes for an excellent silent salesman in your store and adds credibility by letting parents know you're engaged with their school's program.

School Service Trip Log
Keep track of your school visits with this simple log that includes the date, time, notes and follow up instructions.
