Courses
This course will dissect real phone calls made to real music stores (maybe yours). Students will learn how to create a simple & effective telephone script that qualifies the phone customer and ultimately gets them into their store.
This course will identify the five parts of a sale in detail, encourage a staff training activity and give insight to strategies, techniques and resources regarding salesmanship and customer relationships.
