On behalf of the entire staff at (affiliate), welcome back! We hope you enjoyed your summer break and wish you the best of success with your program this year.

We’ve been working hard to improve not only the quality of our instrument & accessory offerings, but also the level of service to our customers and support of our music educators. With this in mind, (affiliate) has engaged the services of Veritas Instrument Rental (VIR), a nationally recognized school music resource for student, upgrade and professional quality instruments offered through flexible & affordable rent-to-own and purchase options.

For your beginning students (or upgrade prospects) in need of instruments this year, (affiliate) now offers brand new and like-new instruments from the brands you trust like (band brands). For stringed instruments, (string brands) will be among our stocked brands. Other brands not mentioned may also be available. In addition to instrument rentals and sales, we will also have band methods, teaching materials, accessories and instrument care products in stock.

The success of your music program is in everyone’s best interests. Thus, our door is always open to your suggestions, concerns and/or needs. To ensure we provide the products & services your students will require, I’m enclosing a Music Educator Survey and ask for your reply. Further, there are valuable resources available through the VIR website, www.veritas-online.com. Need fingering charts? Pointers for parents? Recruiting posters? How about a PowerPoint presentation for the school board? Simply click on “Resources for Educators” and open the door to a wealth of useful tools & information!

For your convenience, I’m also enclosing several copies of this Fall’s rental brochure should you choose to have them present in the music room or on-hand to send home with students. Please also keep us in mind if you’re planning to host a student/parent orientation. We would be very interested in attending so we may assist parents with questions about the important decision of renting-to-own and/or purchasing an instrument for their children.
